For over 50 years now, ever since its opening in 1973, Bay Scene has continued to be the premier residential complex on Sail Bay. It truly is resort living, with bay views from most units; a year-round heated pool and hot tub; parking for both cars and boats; exercise and game rooms; plenty of barbecues; and a kitchen-equipped community room available for residents’ parties and celebrations.

We are not an apartment complex. All units are individually owned, and rentals are rare.
