2025 Annual Election Results

The Bay Scene Owners Association held their 2025 Annual Election on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 6:00PM. The election was held on-site at the Associations recreation room and via Zoom. The purpose of the election was to fill FIVE (5) open seats to serve a ONE (1) year term each. A total of FORTY-EIGHT (48) ballots were received, ONE (1) ballot was invalid. A total of FORTY-SEVEN (47) ballots were counted towards the required super quorum of 50%, final quorum was 55%.

THE ELECTION RESULTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

ROBERT CITRANO: FORTY-SIX (46) VOTES

FRANK KINGERY: FORTY-FIVE (45) VOTES

RICHARD FELIX: FORTY-THREE (43) VOTES

ROBERT KEVANE: FORTY-SIX (46) VOTES

STANLEY MESTMAN: FIFTY-TWO (52) VOTES

IRS RESOLUTION 70-604: Upon tabulation of the ballots, FORTY-SIX (46) were IN FAVOR, ONE (1) OPPOSED. The membership approved Revenue Ruling 70-604, to roll over funds at the end of the fiscal year.
