Lobby Doors
The Board would like to inform and remind all owners and residents that the main lobby double doors should be shut at all times.
The Board would also like to inform and remind all owners and residents that if you receive notification of a package delivered to the lobby, to please pick it up as quickly as possible. Packages left in the mail room or lobby should be stacked on or by the lobby coffee table where the HOA has visible lobby video coverage. The Association does not have good coverage by the double doors leading out to the pool area which is where packages sometimes seem to accumulate.
In others notes, if you happen to see a door propped open at the Association, please have it closed immediately. This includes the two front lobby glass doors, inner lobby doors, stairwell doors, gym doors, beach access gates, and all other access points of the Association. Propping doors open is highly prohibited at the Association, as it may seem easier for contractors or guests to access the building, or to carry items without going through closed doors, it imposes a security risk to the owners and the Association to steal packages, vandalize... etc. If you witness a wedge, rock, or door prop being left behind, please simply close the door or report this to Management immediately to take proper action. Please also do not allow your guests, vendors, contractors, or any other party to allow the use of propping any door, thank you so much for your cooperation.
Owners and Residents of Bay Scene are ultimately responsible for their own security of personal property, but taking these extra precautions and measures can reduce the chance of crime in the Community.
If you require any further information or wish to make a report, please contact your Managers, Kimberly Howard and Sarah Espinoza at khoward@menas.com and sespinoza@menas.com. We are here to assist you with anything regarding your Association needs.
