Bay Scene has had a change of Managers at Menas HOA Management.

Bay Scene will not be managed by just one Manager, but two! Sarah Espinoza and Kimberly Howard are your new active Community Association Managers. Sarah Espinoza began her career in Property Management in 2007, earning her experience in multi-family residential homes. Managing over 1,500 units within her career, receiving multiple achievement awards, proving that her key ingredient to success is her passion for the industry. Managing over 50 employees, she believes leaders create an environment in which people feel they can be their best. This has led her and her teams to success.

Sarah’s ability to provide excellent communication and diligent service are key elements to producing the highest quality of customer satisfaction. She is committed to assisting the Boards in fundamental

decisions with her proactive methods, quick problem solving and response to day to day operations.

Sarah is is currently pursuing her certification through the California Association of Community Managers.

Sarah is native to San Antonio, Texas and recently moved to California in November 2019. She enjoys cooking, music and outdoor activities such as hiking, running and watching the sunset on the beach.

Kimberly’s career began in real estate in August 2012, where she initially started managing foreclosed properties for 5 years before becoming a Community Manager. Kimberly works diligently to maintain her top priorities of keeping property values at a high level and improving owner experience in a communal-living environment. She has a wealth of experience with property preservation and understands the importance of continued maintenance to protect each Community she manages. She is also certified through The California Association of Community Managers as a Certified Community Association Manager®.

Working in customer service since 2007, Kimberly has taught herself to adapt to diverse client needs and assist them with their requests quickly and efficiently. She understands that all homeowners associations have their unique qualities, characteristics, and needs. Her daily goal is to serve Board members and homeowners by orchestrating numerous tasks and helping the Boards make intelligent financial decisions. Kimberly believes that clear communication is the key to success and values the importance of being accessible to her clients. She is a strong problem solver and critical-thinker. Kimberly enjoys being creative in finding solutions to the many challenges the HOA industry brings.

Recently, Kimberly’s hard work and leadership earned her a promotion to Senior Community Manager.

Kimberly was born and raised in San Diego. In her free time, she loves to be at the beach in her kayak, camping, crafting, traveling, hiking, or anything that involves the outdoors.
