Scaffolding Installation and Stucco Removal
We would like to inform you that scaffolding will be installed at Tower 1 Stacks 1 & 2 starting Monday, September 16th, 2024, followed by Tower 2 Stacks 1 & 2 on Friday, September 20th, 2024, between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM in preparation for stucco removal, stucco installation, curtain wall removal, and new curtain wall installation. The first phase of the project will involve the removal of stucco around existing curtain walls, which is scheduled to begin shortly after the scaffolding is in place.
The stucco removal process will involve chipping, which will generate loud noise and dust and particulates. Please be prepared for these disruptions during the day. To minimize dust intrusion and protect your privacy, we strongly recommend that you keep all windows and blinds closed during this period.
For your safety, avoid areas with scaffolding, and do not attempt to climb or interfere with the construction equipment. Certain areas of the property may have restricted access during the project. Please follow any posted signs and alternative routes.
We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we undertake these critical improvements to the property.
