Balcony Areas & Storage

Happy New Year Bay Scene Residents! Wishing you the best in 2023!

We have noticed some items stored in front of owners’ parking spaces and balcony areas. In efforts to keep Bay Scene as its best, please clear out any stored items by January 31, 2023.

1.3 BALCONY AREAS.
Balcony areas should be kept clean and neat. Potted plants and patio furniture are the only objects permitted in the balcony areas.

Hanging plants and any plants or items sitting on balcony railings must be
solidly secured to prevent any chance of falling during high wind periods.
Bicycles, surfboards, hanging towels/clothing, wetsuits, skis, toys, barbecue
grills, storage bins, or other similar objects are specifically prohibited in the
balcony areas. No object shall extend beyond the balcony railings other than
the United States flag which may be flown at any time. Other US patriotic
materials may be displayed on appropriate National Holidays. Tasteful
seasonal Holiday decorations may be displayed for a week prior to and a week
after each Holiday. An extended period will exist for the Holiday season from
Thanksgiving through the 2nd weekend in January. No barbecue or cooking of
any kind is permitted on any balcony.

7.5 STORAGE IN GARAGE PROHIBITED.
Except in the Unit storage closets, kayak/sailboard racks or bicycle racks provided, no Resident shall store any item (except for storage of a bicycle as provided in section 7.6 below) in their parking spaces or other areas of the garage.

Thank you for your continued support to make Bay Scene a beautiful place to live.

Thank you,
Menas HOA Management

Jimmy Gottlieb
