Structural Condition Assessment - Phase II Update May 2022

• Clearing of construction debris from the catacombs has been completed.

• Temporary shoring of selected areas in our parking structure will commence this or next week. Supply chain issues have delayed the delivery of shoring towers. We'll send out another announcement when installation is firmly scheduled.

• Degenkolb Engineers, our structural engineering consultant, has prepared a concrete testing program to sample areas where decades of infiltrating water have affected the catacomb floor.

• We have requested proposals from three testing laboratories to implement this testing plan and provide test results to the structural engineer.

• Based on test results, the structural engineer will prepare recommendations for concrete repairs.

• We are currently reviewing a bid to evaluate water intrusion and leakage issues in the catacombs and parking structure walls. We need to repair and augment waterproofing in these areas to prevent future concrete damage due to water intrusion.
