Ventilation Fans Turned Off

Please be informed that the rooftop ventilation fans for all units have been shut off for the time being. This has been done to:

(1) Reduce the dirt and dust entering your condos during the construction projects to replace the curtain wall and waterproof the parking structure.

(2) Reduce cold air intruding into units while the windows are being replaced.

(3) Prevent negative pressure in condo units with new windows created by air being sucked out by the rooftop fans.

These fans will continue to be shut down while the board evaluates the long-term issues associated with the ventilation fans.
