Important Fire Safety Notice

This notice is to inform you that the main fire panel at Bay Scene is not responding and will require immediate repair and/or replacement. As a safety precaution, the Association has contracted with Bald Eagle Security to conduct Fire Watch in compliance with City Fire Code, until the necessary repairs are completed, and the fire panel is fully operational.

During this time, we ask all residents to remain vigilant. If you see or smell smoke or fire, please call 911 immediately.
