$360.00 each—Wine Cellar Storage: Storage Areas located in Tower 3, no sticker
$360.00 each—Small Boat Storage: Storage area near beach for smaller Boats, sticker required
$480.00 each—Large Boat Storage: Storage area near beach for large Boats, sticker required
$15 each—Bikes stored in the garage racks (bikes parked in front of your designated parking space exempt)
$30 each—Numbered kayak/SUP board storage racks: Beach Racks and Tower 2 Elevator Racks
Fees must be paid and new stickers displayed by September 30, 2023.
