Garage Theft / Lock Box Removal
The Board wishes to inform homeowners that someone gained entrance into the Bay Scene complex Tuesday night around 1:30 am using a fob provided to a vendor. The fob was in one of the lock boxes on the railing in front of Tower 3.
It appears the lock box was cut and removed sometime after 5:00 pm Monday night. The fob was taken from the lock box and used to gain entrance all over the complex; including the front lobby, where the suspect was seen stealing packages and in the garage where he broke into at least three cars (two with broken windows). Management has filed a police report on the break in and is following up to provide all available assistance in identifying and apprehending the perpetrator…
